I do not think so, for a while now.
Most are either deactivated or don't check on the site anymore.
The founder themselfs have not been active for atleast a year now.
Most submissions are not being accepted duo to the fact most admins are inactive.

Hello! I just thought I could provide some assistance here since there are many group admins here having trouble looking for pending submissions ever since Eclipse became permanent. Here is a guide that I've made to help out with this situation:
